REFUND POLICY

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need proof of purchase or your order confirmation.

If your return is accepted, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Pre-Orders

Certain products may be offered on a pre-order basis. By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge that production and fulfillment timelines may vary.

Pre-order cancellations are permitted before shipment only. Once a pre-order item has shipped, it falls under our standard return policy.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong product so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

• Gift cards
• Final sale items
• Personalized or custom products
• Items returned in worn, used, washed, or damaged condition

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a different item is to return your original item once approved, then place a new order separately.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification.

Returned items must still be unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in their original packaging with proof of purchase.

Refunds

We’ll notify you once your return has been received and inspected. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
