Certain products sold through Faded Black may be offered on a pre-order basis. Pre-order items are produced and fulfilled after purchase, meaning shipping timelines may vary depending on production schedules and demand.

Estimated shipping windows are provided when available, but all delivery timelines are subject to change.

By purchasing a pre-order item, you acknowledge and accept that fulfillment and shipping may take longer than standard in-stock orders.

Shipping Times

Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information via email.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping information is entered correctly at checkout.

Faded Black is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Faded Black is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been transferred to the shipping carrier.

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

International Shipping

International customers may be responsible for customs fees, import duties, taxes, or additional charges required by their country.
